Gavin Hamblett | Managing Director

Gavin joined Prater Ltd in 2006 as Client Relationship Director. In 2009 Gavin became Pre-Construction Director, responsible for both sales and management of the design team of 60 employees. Gavin was appointed as Managing Director for Prater Ltd in January 2015 and Lindner Facades Ltd in 2020, now heading the Lindner UK envelope provider, Lindner Prater Ltd.

Andreas Fegbeutel | Group Finance Director - UK Sector

Andreas joined the Lindner Group in 2019 as Group Finance Director - UK Sector.  He is a qualified accountant with more than 15 years’ experience in the construction, development and corporate real estate industries.  This includes FD roles within Balfour Beatty, Mansell Construction Services, Places For People and Capita Real Estate. He began his career at Deloitte and spent 10 years in various industries including IT, banking and business process outsourcing.

Chris Roberts | Commercial Director

Chris was appointed as Commercial Director in November 2017 and is responsible for all surveying, contracting and procurement within the business. Chris has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry which includes 10 years as Commercial Director on the board of a diverse specialist sub-contractor.  He has overseen the successful commercial implementation of major projects and has a broad range of leadership experience from project commercial and procurement accountability to managing business transformation and change through acquisitions and business growth.

Kevin Smith | Sales Director

Kevin began his career at Prater Ltd as an Estimator in 2006, having gained specialist experience in facade construction. He progressed through the department and was appointed as Sales Director in 2016. Kevin oversees business development across all market disciplines and in 2020 was also appointed to the board of Lindner Facades Ltd; he now leads the sales teams of Lindner Prater Ltd.

Stuart Whiting | Technical Director

Stuart has over 15 years of valuable expertise and experience within the construction sector.  Since joining Prater Ltd in 2011 as Manager of the Solar PV division, he has held a number of senior positions and played a vital role in the delivery of some of the UK’s most challenging and complex projects. Joining the board in 2016, Stuart is also responsible for the company’s successful implementation of digital engineering and Building Information Modelling together with the management of the company’s UK fabrication facilities.

Richard Morton | Design Director

Richard originally joined Prater Ltd in 2009 as a Design Manager and has been instrumental in establishing our engineered facade capability. After taking on other leadership roles within the industry, Richard returned to Lindner Prater Ltd in 2021 as Associate Design Director and was appointed Design Director in 2022. He spent 15 years working with Parry Bowen where he developed his skills relating to the technical delivery of all facade types, including unitised facades. He has been involved with the design of some of the country's most prestigious buildings and has over 30 years’ experience as a specialist sub-contractor.

Martin Schmidhuber | Lindner Group Board Representative

Martin started his Lindner Group career in 1988 within the R&D department at the head office in Arnstorf. He made the move into the international supply only business and successfully grew the market for Lindner products in Switzerland. In 2012, he relocated to China to take the position of Regional Director for China & South East Asia and was responsible for the production plant at Taicang/Suzhou as well as for the trading company in Shanghai. Martin now spends much of his time in the UK and brings his wealth of experience to the Boards of both Lindner Prater Limited and Lindner Interiors Ltd.
