1. The house is very clairaudient. Please be considerate of other guests.
    
2. We also kindly request that you refrain from smoking out of consideration for the guests who will follow you in the house.
    
3. Sleds or bicycles can be stored in the shed behind the garage. For skis, ski boots, and hiking boots, we have provided storage space in the basement. Please refrain from entering the apartment with heavy footwear.
    
4. Barbecueing is only permitted outside the restaurant's opening hours, on the terrace in the area with stone decking.

On the ground floor is the restaurant "Almgasthof Grafenherberg" located. We would also like to support our tenant in ensuring that the entire restaurant car park is not full of cars belonging to Lindner holiday home guests. Especially in winter, parking is very limited due to the snow and visitors to the restaurant have no possibility to park.

Please park your cars - maximum 2 per flat - directly behind each other, from the driveway on the far right. The area directly in front of the restaurant and the rest of the car park should remain free for visitors to the restaurant.

Please park additional cars in the public parking lots. Mountain railway customers park free of charge during the ski season when the lifts are operating. Parking fees during the summer season are € 5 for the Waldkopf and Grafenherberg parking lots.

Smartphone parking at no extra cost

With the free Parkster app, Sudelfeld visitors can buy their parking tickets with their smartphone. The Sudelfeld ski paradise offers this service for the Wedellift, Himmelmoos, Waldkopf and Grafenherberg car parks. All information: www.parkster.com

Please separate household waste.

For paper/cardboard and general waste, there are garbage containers in the covered area between the restaurant and the garage/shed.

Please dispose of plastic bottles and glass in the public trash bins in Brannenburg, Oberaudorf, or Bayrischzell by yourself.

Please do NOT leave your own beverage bottles in the apartments, as the restaurant tenant, who is also responsible for cleaning the apartments, must bear the cost of disposing of the empty containers (glass/plastic) themselves.

If you have forgotten your bed linen, please contact the caretaker service. They have spare bed linen. Please do not use the mattress protectors as bed sheets.

Please keep in mind before your departure: The cleaning service will arrive on Friday, your departure day, around 10 a.m. to prepare the house for the next guests. Please vacate the house by 10 a.m. at the latest, to allow enough time for the cleaning.If you need to leave earlier, please inform the caretaker service. This will allow them more time to manage their workload, as they also attend to the other apartments.

We very much appreciate your support by leaving the residence in a tidy condition.

• Especially the bathroom and kitchen – stove, refrigerator and tableware – should be cleaned. Please empty the refrigerator and waste bins and vacuum clean / sweep the floor.
• Even if it is well-intentioned, please do NOT leave any food or drinks! The cleaning staff is instructed to dispose of all food items. Exceptions: salt, pepper, sugar, and spices.
• Please turn the radiator thermostat to the frost protection symbol *. In summer you can turn it off completely.
• Remember to close all windows.

The tourist tax must be reported by the 22nd of the month of ARRIVAL at the latest. Therefore, you will be asked to report the surname, first name, date of birth, arrival and departure of ALL (expected) fellow travellers by email to Ferienhaus@Lindner-Group.com when the keys are issued. The data must be sent collectively to the Oberaudorf Tourist Office.

Then you may use a guest card. These are available in the apartments. Please only fill in 1 guest card per family per stay.

The guest card offers you many advantages for activities and service providers in the region.

The fuse box for the apartments on the upper floor is located next to the broom closet (labeled on the exterior). For the top-floor apartments, it is situated prominently in the living area.

Spare light bulbs and small tools are located in the broom closet.

Please leave a note for the caretaker, preferably on the dining table.

Please report any damage immediately, e.g. broken coffee machine, so that the guests after you, can also enjoy their stay.

Play area for children

Our hostess, Monika Salfeld, has set up a play corner on the terrace for her guests.

Children from the holiday apartments are also welcome to use it. However, please ensure that the toys are put away after use.
