1. We also kindly request that you refrain from smoking out of consideration for the guests who will follow you in the house.
    
2. Please do not enter the house with heavy boots (ski boots, hiking boots).
    
3. If you use the barbecue available for all apartments please clean it properly after using it. The next guests will appreciate it. The cold ash can be disposed in the residual waste container.
    
4. Some time ago thieves broke into this house, using the French door and the windows of the ground floor. Therefore we ask you to close all shutters thoroughly before leaving the house. 
    
5. Some tools and light bulbs can be found in guest WC. Larger tools and snow shovels can be found in the heating room.

The trash bins are locked. The key is in the kitchen.

Please place the trash bins at the front by the main road the evening before and flip the yellow sign upwards. The garbage collection is charged per emptying. Therefore, please decide for yourself if an emptying is necessary.

Please take empty bottles and waste paper to the recycling center, just before the exit to the main road towards Welschnofen.

If you have forgotten your bed linen, please contact the caretaker service. They have spare bed linen. Please do not use the mattress protectors as bed sheets.

Please keep in mind before your departure: The cleaning service will arrive on Friday, your departure day, around 10 a.m. to prepare the house for the next guests. Please vacate the house by 10 a.m. at the latest, to allow enough time for the cleaning.  If you need to leave earlier, kindly inform the holiday home team in Arnstorf: Ferienhaus@Lindner-Group.com, Tel. +49 8723 203611. This will allow the cleaning staff more time to manage their workload, as they also attend to the other houses.

We very much appreciate your support by leaving the residence in a tidy condition.

• Especially the bathroom and kitchen – stove, refrigerator and tableware – should be cleaned. Please empty the refrigerator and waste bins and vacuum clean / sweep the floor.
• Even if it is well-intentioned, please do NOT leave any food or drinks! The cleaning staff is instructed to dispose of all food items. Exceptions: salt, pepper, sugar, and spices.
• Please turn the radiator thermostat to the frost protection symbol *. In summer you can turn it off completely.
• Remember to close all windows.

In Carezza, no tourist tax is levied.

Electrical

The electric central heating is located in front of the central heating room’s door on the left. Each electric circuit is fused separately. The fuse box can be found in the ground floor corridor.

The manuals for all electric devices can be found in the kitchen.

The masonry tiled stove has no ash tray. Only very few wood is required to fire this stove. Please do not close the stove door completely after you have fired the content. Keep a small slit open until the fire has burnt down. The embers stay hot for up to 24 hours without need of heating. If you want to light a new fire you do not have to remove the embers. Usually they are hot enough to spark a new fire. Please make sure that you do not burn plastics or aluminium foil.

Please leave a note for the caretaker, preferably on the dining table.

Please report any damage immediately, e.g. broken coffee machine, so that the guests after you, can also enjoy their stay.

A small, well-assorted grocery store can be found on the back side of the hotel CAREZZA for your daily shopping, e.g. freshly baked bread.
