The Regent Hotel in the Harbor of Porto Montenegro is a luxuriouos 5-star house on the Montenegrinian coast of the Mediterranean Sea, placed in the UNESCO-protected Boka Bay. After the completion of the hotel, which also saw participation of Lindner d.o.o. Tivat, the works for an extension building with 62 apartments and a large-scale pool environment began. The total building area of the Pool Club Residences amounts to approx. 13,000 sqm on six levels. Being inspired by the Italian Riviera, one can enjoy spectacular views of the sea as well as the mountains from this location. The interior design is characterised by a minimalistic approach and high-quality materials.
Lindner Group took part in the construction of the Pool Club Residences facility through its subsidiary Lindner d.o.o. Tivat, which acted as a general contractor. All works have been completed on time and in the demanded quality, which Lindner Tivat achieved through cooperation with local partners and subcontractors. One decisive competitive advantage was gained through the financial strength of Lindner Group. The construction of this building was carried out through prefinancing with funds of Lindner Group.
