Expansion of the new multifunctional building at Scharr CPC in Krefeld

Scharr CPC GmbH, a subsidiary of FRIEDRICH SCHARR KG, is one of the leading providers of hydrocarbon propellants and also develops ecological and economical blowing and refrigerant agents for customised applications. With the construction of its new multifunctional building in Krefeld, the company is making a statement for modern, sustainable architecture and the highest standards of energy efficiency.

The four-storey building meets the KfW 40EE standard and impresses with the use of an innovative ground-source heat pump and an 18 kWp photovoltaic system installed on the roof.

Tailor-made interior fit-out solutions for the new building

The Lindner Group provided bespoke solutions that perfectly combine functionality, flexibility and aesthetics. In the atrium and open-plan office areas, the Plafotherm® DS 320 chilled ceiling panels in geometrically customised shapes ensure a comfortable indoor climate and excellent acoustics. The room climate is further enhanced by the Plafotherm® L 608 metal baffle heated and chilled ceiling, whose adjustable baffles allow for easy maintenance in the ceiling cavity and ensure uniform temperature distribution.

With the Lindner Life Pure 620 full-glass partition as a single glazing solution and the Lindner Life Contour 126 glass partition, bright, open workspaces are created, while the Lindner Logic 100 Timber wooden partition with sound insulation provides areas for quiet and focused work. The Lindner Life Contour 126 also stands out with high sound insulation values, a simple and elegant design, and the option of switchable film, optimally combining transparency with productive working. HTB 41 wooden doors and GTB 13 glass doors integrate seamlessly into the modern interior concept. For maximum flexibility in the use of office and event spaces, the FLOOR and more® raised floor was installed, invisibly integrating technology and cabling into the floor and allowing adjustments at any time.
