With the development and revitalization project "Lände 3", a new quarter with a lively mix of uses was created on the former Siemens factory premises on Erdberger Lände in Vienna. Located directly on the Donaukanal, it combines living, working and retail on a usabale area of approx. 135,000 m². The proximity to the center and a very good infrastructure make "Lände 3" a popular address for tenants and users. In addition to office and living space with its own parking spaces and a petrol station, the quarter also houses a kindergarten as well as cafes and shops

In 2020, Lindner was commissioned with the interior design of the office space on the upper floor and installed, among other things, raised floors, acoustically effective baffle ceilings and up to 400 m² GK-wall systems. In addition, the general contractor contributed to the project with many other services such as painting, carpentry and tiling work as well as dry construction work. Due to the professional coordination and short supply chains, the construction project was successfully finished by the completion date at the end of 2020.
