1. The house is also occupied by other families. Please be considerate. Furthermore Bad Kleinkirchheim is a spa area and after 10 p.m. you should avoid noise in the garden.
    
2. We also kindly request that you refrain from smoking out of consideration for the guests who will follow you in the house.
    
3. For skiers, ski boots and hiking boots we have Hausprovided space in every apartment in the wardrobe. Please do not enter the apartment with heavy boots.
    
4. In summer: Please water the folwers on your terrace/balcony.
    
5. Snow shovels, brooms, garden chairs, barbecue, etc. can be found in the storage room at garden floor. Your house key also unlocks there. You will also find two wooden sledges and two bicycles. Please put them back after use. 
    
6. If you use the barbecue available for all apartments please clean it properly after using it. The next guests will appreciate it. The cold ash can be disposed in the residual waste container.

For every apartment we have provided two parking spaces. Please park back-to-back.

There is waste separation in Bad Kleinkirchheim. Please sort your garbage into waste paper, plastic waste and residual waste. For these three types of waste you can find labelled containers in front of the house.

We kindly ask you to compress plastic bottles and tetra packs to save space.

Please dispose glass at the containers in the neighborhood, close to the supermarket SPAR, around the corner right, then left next to the stream.

If you forget your bed linen, please contact the caretaker service. They have spare bed linen available. Please do not use the mattress protectors as bed sheets.

Please keep in mind before your departure: The cleaning service will arrive on Friday, your departure day, around 10 a.m. to prepare the house for the next guests. Please vacate the house by 10 a.m. at the latest, to allow enough time for the cleaning. If you need to leave earlier, please inform the caretaker service. This will allow them more time to manage their workload, as they also attend to the other apartments.

We very much appreciate your support by leaving the residence in a tidy condition.

• Especially the bathroom and kitchen – stove, refrigerator and tableware – should be cleaned. Please empty the refrigerator and waste bins and vacuum clean / sweep the floor.
• Even if it is well-intentioned, please do NOT leave any food or drinks! The cleaning staff is instructed to dispose of all food items. Exceptions: salt, pepper, sugar, and spices.
• Please turn the radiator thermostat to the frost protection symbol *. In summer you can turn it off completely.
• Remember to close all windows.

According to the Law on Tourist Tax, every guest is required to pay a tourist tax. Within 48 hours, every guest must register at the "Tourismusbüro" (Tourism Office).

Since you have been assigned the apartment, you are also responsible for ensuring that the registration forms are completed and submitted on time!

Please fill out the registration forms provided in the apartment and submit them during your stay at the Bad Kleinkirchheim Tourism Office, or place them in the designated registration box there.

• The white form stays in the apartment; these will be removed from the apartment after your vacation week!
• Yellow and pink forms are to be submitted!

If you don't know when you will depart upon arrival, fill out the duplicates separately. Then submit the Departure duplicate (pink) additionally at the travel agency. Please keep the Guest Card duplicate (dark yellow, sturdy paper) with you, as there are some minor discounts available with it.

The tourist contribution will be paid directly to the municipality by the company and will be deducted from one of your upcoming salary payments.

Heating

The house has an underfloor heating and every room can be adjusted individually by thermostat.

Electrical

The main control switch for the electric circuit of your apartment can be found in the storeroom.

If you want to light the tiled stove, please respect the instructions. In case you forgot your fire wood at home and still want to heat the tiled stove you can buy so called briquettes in the supermarkets.

In the storeroom next to the wardrobe a small safe can be found, which you can program with your own code. Please use this safe only after studying carefully the manual instruction.

Please leave a note for the caretaker, preferably on the dining table.

Please report any damage immediately, e.g. broken coffee machine, so that the guests after you, can also enjoy their stay.
