Cleanroom-compatible air outlet hatch with magnetic closure and gas springs, integrated into a metal ceiling panel / metal cassette. The damper cover is held in the closed position by electric or permanent magnets. The magnet can be disconnected from or connected to the power supply via a separate switch or the building management system. If the power supply is interrupted or switched off, the damper opens downwards under its own weight. Two gas pressure dampers limit the opening speed. Please note: The air outlet hatch must not be confused with a fire damper, smoke and heat exhaust vent or smoke extraction damper and therefore does not have a test certificate. The use of the air inlet damper as a safety-relevant component must be checked in advance for the intended installation scenario.
