Already in use on hundreds of construction sites today, the subcontractor management platform inGo is built on the technical standards of the pan-European infrastructure and is ready for launch on January 2, 2027.
With "d-you," the Federal Ministry for Digital Affairs and State Modernization has given Germany's EUDI Wallet its own name. Around 40 partners from business, science, and public administration will be on board with their own applications at the launch on January 2, 2027. Among these partners is the Lower Bavarian Lindner Group.
At the invitation of Federal Minister Dr. Karsten Wildberger, the first launch partner roundtable took place in Berlin on September 9. Represented by Martin Weber, Managing Director, Lindner was on site and, together with the other partners, took part in an important step toward Europe's digital sovereignty.
"For us, this isn't a topic for the future – it's everyday reality on the construction site. That's exactly where inGo was developed. The mobile app brings together all documents, certificates, and legal requirements in one central place. And the best part is that it's already being used successfully on hundreds of construction sites and is built on the technical standards of the d-you app. Looking ahead, the technology behind inGo is intended to be used not only in construction but in other industries as well," says Martin Weber, Managing Director of the Lindner Group.
Developed from everyday construction site experience – available to everyone
inGo grew out of practical necessity: in areas where checks are still carried out on paper today, tibe.io – a subsidiary of the Lindner Group – developed a digital solution together with the people working on construction sites. The platform has since become a firmly established part of daily operations: at Lindner alone, more than 850 subcontractors are registered and more than 1,200 projects have been set up.
The software creates order and legal certainty by transparently meeting statutory requirements and compliance obligations while reducing liability risks. Automated reminders prevent certificates from expiring, and digital construction site passes via QR code replace physical passes, saving time, paper, and effort. What was tested and proven within the company is now available to everyone: inGo is a standalone product of tibe.io GmbH and can be used by any company, regardless of size or project type.
The next step: certificates delivered directly from the digital wallet
As a launch partner, inGo is integrating the EUDI Wallet into its own platform. In the future, employees and subcontractors will be able to provide their certificates directly – verified, digital, and without the need for re-entry.
inGo emerged from a concrete problem on the construction site, has proven itself in daily use, and is now becoming part of a pan-European solution for digital identity verification – ready for the launch of d-you on January 2, 2027.
