As of 7 January 2026, Lindner Isoliertechnik & Industrieservice GmbH will operate under the new name Lindner Bautechnik GmbH.
What began in 1981 with a focus on thermal, cold and acoustic insulation has, over more than four decades, evolved into a versatile provider of modern construction technology solutions. Today, the company’s range of services includes structural fire protection, asbestos and hazardous material remediation, engineering services, as well as innovative products for the WKSB sector, scaffolding, glass-fibre reinforced concrete, and high-quality coating systems.
With the rebranding, the company’s activities will be clearly structured from 2026 onwards. The core areas will be organised into LinCrete, asbestos and hazardous material remediation, including dismantling, gutting and coating work, as well as insulation and fire protection technology. In addition, the independent subsidiaries Lindner Gerüstbau and BETA Brandschutztechnik will be incorporated into the new organisational structure.
For employees, business partners and customers, the realignment will bring no changes to day-to-day operations. Contacts, services and products will remain the same. The purpose of the new structure is to present the company’s expertise more transparently in the market and to further strengthen collaboration across the different divisions.
Even under its new name, Lindner Bautechnik GmbH will remain an integral part of the Lindner Group. The internationally active group, headquartered in Arnstorf, Lower Bavaria, has been one of the leading full-service providers in interior fit-out, building envelopes, building services engineering and insulation technology for over 60 years. With around 8,000 employees, numerous production facilities and subsidiaries in more than 40 countries, the Lindner Group offers a strong network. Lindner Bautechnik GmbH continues to benefit from this, particularly through concentrated innovation, modern research and development capabilities, and forward-looking digital solutions.
