Le Coeur Düsseldorf

In the heart of Düsseldorf, Le Coeur is taking shape – a high-end new development that combines modern office spaces on the upper floors with retail and gastronomy areas on the ground level. Covering a gross floor area of approximately 63,000 m², the project blends new construction and the refurbishment of existing structures. Around 50% of the original 1980s building fabric, including load-bearing structures, is being preserved. The development is designed in line with ecological and social sustainability criteria and aims for DGNB Platinum Certification for sustainable building performance.

Lindner is responsible for Complete Fit-Out

Lindner is entrusted with the complete interior fit-out, including drywall, screed, painting, and joinery works, as well as custom-made interior components from its own production facilities. The project features premium Lindner systems such as Lindner Metal Ceilings LMD-E 312, Lindner Glass Partitions Lindner Life Freeze 137 and Lindner Life Stereo 125, along with the flexible raised floor system CAVOPEX. In addition, Lindner installs steel and tubular frame doors as well as gate systems, and realises not only wall claddings but also high-quality mirror walls that add depth and elegance to the interior spaces.
