Autohaus Grill

As part of the redesign of its showroom spaces, Autohaus Grill opted for a contemporary lighting solution that not only meets functional requirements but also delivers an emotional impact. The objective was to enhance the atmosphere of both the open-plan showroom and the entrance area, to emphasise the architectural effect, and to showcase the vehicles in an impressive manner.

Bespoke LED Luminaire Solution for the Showroom

The concept and implementation of the lighting solution were the responsibility of the Lindner Group. In close collaboration with mms-technik GmbH and Autohaus Grill, a tailor-made lighting concept was developed, combining technical innovation with high design standards.

The central design feature of the showroom consists of specially developed lighting channels in an elegant black finish, equipped with high-quality LED light inserts. To create a calm and harmonious ceiling appearance, blank inserts were strategically placed between the lights. The lighting channels themselves vary in length – from 9 m to an impressive 32 m – gradually increasing in length towards the entrance. This creates a strong sense of depth, guiding the viewer’s gaze and effectively highlighting the vehicles.

Striking Features in the Entrance Area

In the entrance area of the dealership, two large-format ring luminaires of the "Loop" type with diameters of 5.10 and 6 metres were installed. One of the luminaires was precisely designed to encircle a supporting column – a technically demanding bespoke solution with a striking visual impact. Here too, modern LED technology is used to combine form and function to excellent effect.

Seamless Implementation from a Single Source

The Lindner Group managed the complete coordination, supply, and technical realisation of the lighting concept – including all custom components. Installation was carried out by an electrician commissioned by the dealership, while Lindner ensured detailed planning and smooth project execution.
The result is a coherent lighting concept that enhances the space, improves orientation, and highlights the quality of the vehicles on display.
