Extension of Administrative Headquarters in the Czech Republic

In 2025, the existing administrative structure of a technical production facility in the Czech Republic was expanded with a two-storey new building. The extension is directly connected to the existing office building and clearly integrates additional functions into the site. It provides defined areas for training, presentations, and a showroom, thereby supporting administrative processes as well as internal communication.

Metal baffle ceiling as a functional and design element

A defining feature of the interior fit-out is the metal baffle ceiling of type LMD-L 609, realised by the Lindner Group. Covering an area of 99 m² with a total length of 426 linear metres, it structures the training and showroom areas with clear, precise lines. The arrangement of the baffles promotes visual order and contributes to a calm, technically inspired atmosphere appropriate to an administrative environment.

The one-piece metal baffles are suspended and movable, allowing tool-free maintenance and unrestricted access to the ceiling void, which remains fully visible. Lighting, sprinklers, and other installations can be integrated independently between the louvres without compromising the ceiling structure. Freely selectable grid spacings and louvre dimensions enable precise adaptation to the spatial requirements.
In addition to its functional qualities, the system also meets sustainable standards. The metal louvre ceiling is Cradle to Cradle Certified® Gold and achieves emission class A+. This solution therefore combines ease of maintenance, technical flexibility, and high quality within a clearly structured interior space.

Integrated services from planning to implementation

The Lindner Group was responsible for both the planning and implementation of the metal louvre solution, tailored to the functional and structural conditions of the project. The ceiling system was designed specifically for use as a training and presentation space and for connection to the existing office building.
