Our Imagery

Reference and Employer Branding Images

Images are the face of our brand. At a glance, they convey what the Lindner Group stands for: precision, innovation, quality and humanity. Our imagery is consistent, instantly recognisable and communicates our brand values – whether in project photography, employer branding or product communication.
These guidelines help all internal and external partners select, create and use images in the spirit of our brand.

Reference Projects

Reference projects are the showcase of our company. They demonstrate our expertise, build trust and are our decisive door opener for new contracts. Lindner Group reference photos are produced exclusively on a professional basis. They place products and services centre stage and present them in a visually impactful, clear and compelling manner. Our projects stand for the highest quality – and exactly this quality must be reflected in their presentation. Professional photography is therefore mandatory for us.

Every shot is purposefully composed, optimally lit and meticulously staged. The standard of quality and aesthetics that shapes all our work is reflected in every image.

Perspective and Composition

Lindner photographs show spaces and buildings from a natural, representative viewer's perspective. Extreme angles from below or above are only used deliberately.

  • Spatial depth is visible and tangible
  • Axes of symmetry are picked up compositionally
  • Perspective distortion is avoided
  • Visual focal points are developed purposefully
  • The image composition is graphic and consciously designed

Light & Colour Atmosphere

Light is a central design element. Every interior shot is optimally lit so that materiality, structure and colour are clearly visible. The colour atmosphere is calm, high-quality and timeless – supporting the modern, objective brand appearance of Lindner.

Spatial Presence

The finished space is the impressive result of successful work. Reference photographs make this quality visible: the space is presented in an idealised manner, with the architecture shown at its very best.

Exterior Architecture & Context

As a complement to interior shots, architectural photographs show the building in its surroundings. They provide a view of the complete picture – the shell, context and atmosphere. Architectural photographs are conceived as part of a cohesive image series.

Material Aesthetics

We showcase material aesthetics in refined detail shots. Contrasts, authenticity and the quality of our products create a visually compelling experience.

People as a Stylistic Device

In reference images, people do not appear as protagonists, but as a stylistic device. They are deliberately depicted blurred or in motion, not clearly identifiable. Their purpose is to illustrate scale, bring spaces to life and make usage scenarios tangible – without distracting from the architecture and performance.

Employer Branding

Our employer branding imagery shows real employees in their actual working environment – authentic, approachable and professional. Soft natural light, warm colour tones and shallow depth of field place people centre stage. The images convey team spirit, modernity and appreciation – without staged perfection.

Image Style

Authentic, approachable, professional. The look is documentary-staged – situations appear natural and relaxed, yet are professionally photographed.

Colour Temperature and Colour Palette

Neutral to slightly warm. The images feel inviting without being artificially warmed. Muted, earthy tones dominate: beige, brown, cognac, warm grey, anthracite. Contrasting colours serve as "highlights".

Clothing

Smart Casual/Business Casual: Blazers, shirts/blouses (mostly without tie), quality jackets – professional, yet not stiff.
Colour-Coordinated: Clothing in subdued, natural tones that blend harmoniously into the overall colour palette.

People

Real employees: no models or stock photo subjects
Diversity in age and gender: younger and more experienced colleagues are shown equally
Genuine emotions: natural, unaffected smile; relaxed posture
Interaction: team scenes show real collaboration (working on documents together, exchanging ideas at standing tables)
Individual portraits: likeable, open, confident – the person either looks into the camera or is absorbed in an activity

Mood & Impact

Our images come across as approachable and likeable, without losing professionalism. They show real people in real moments, with a tangible team spirit. It is this authenticity that makes the difference.

  • Modern & contemporary
  • Professional, yet not stiff
  • Team-oriented & appreciative
  • Confident & authentic
