Biotecha is a Baltic company specialising in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and food and beverage technology, with subsidiaries in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
With many years of experience, Biotecha provides solutions and devices for scientific analysis, manufacturing processes, and process control, as well as supplying, installing, and maintaining industrial and laboratory equipment.
In 2024, a new state-of-the-art factory and laboratory complex was built at the company's headquarters in Lithuania, designed by Stupak architektų biuras. The building spans three upper floors with a gross area of 3,157 m². Large glass facades create an open and bright working environment with direct access to outdoor green spaces. The design not only prioritises visually appealing architecture but also ensures a functional, high-quality technical environment that meets Biotecha's specific requirements and work processes.
As a key component of the interior fit-out, the Plafotherm® St 213 chilled ceiling system was installed as canopy ceilings for the first time in a Lithuanian construction project. Commissioned by Lemora, one of Lithuania’s leading traders of construction materials and finishing products, the suspended ceiling rafts were fitted with integrated heating and cooling technology to provide precise and efficient climate control. Lindner had previously worked successfully with Lemora in the field of raised floor systems, with Lemora managing the supply business. Through this close collaboration, Lindner has now demonstrated its expertise not only in its renowned raised floor systems but also in ceiling systems for the first time.
