Business Garden Vilnius

The Business Garden Vilnius is a newly built business area in the Lithuanian capital Vilnius. The development currently comprises two completed office buildings and a parking building, while two additional office buildings are still under construction. Upon completion, the campus will offer a total of around 60,000 m² of office and retail space and is intended to strengthen a community-oriented culture. Generous green spaces outside complement the contemporary working environments.

The proximity to the historical centre of Vilnius and the good transport connections make the office complex an optimal location for national and international companies. Special attention was paid to the sustainability of the buildings: Comfortable, environmentally friendly workplaces meet climate-friendly construction and energy-saving equipment. This should not only reduce maintenance costs, but also create an inspiring working environment in the middle of one of the greenest areas of the city.

With around 35,500 m² of raised floor, the Business Garden Vilnius is considered the largest floor project of the Lindner Group in the Baltic States to date: The NORTEC raised floor panels made of calcium sulphate were installed in various office spaces by the long-term partner Lemora UAB. In keeping with the sustainable construction of the Business Garden, the flooring system also has Cradle to Cradle Certified® Silver and FSC® certification – and thus makes a valuable contribution to the LEED Platinum award of the building complex.

After the Business Garden in Riga and various other projects, the Business Garden Vilnius is another example of the excellent cooperation between the Lindner Group and the client Vastint, part of the Interogo Group.
