GUSTAVS Business Center

The GUSTAVS Business Center in Riga provides space for over 1.100 employees of the SEB-Group. Designed with the goal of creating one of the most modern and sustainable offices in Riga, it also promotes community building in aesthetic public spaces. By completing the GUSTAVS Office Building, the foundation for the business centre has been laid and the first of three planned buildings has been finished.

Lindner was significantly involved in the realisation of the sustainable concept and supplied a total of 11,000 m² of raised and hollow floors for the office building. In the hallway areas and the entrance area, the client chose FLOOR and more® hollow floor system to have the possibility of a stone and parquet covering. In all office areas, our local partner EcoGridas installed NORTEC panels. In addition to our flooring system, 3.500 m² of ceiling systems were supplied by Lindner. For the ceilings in the work areas, 1.700 m² Lindner customised metal ceilings were chosen, which have been designed as a homogeneous ceiling surface.  In the meeting areas, the customer wanted a post-cap ceiling (LMD-B) for the option to fasten partition walls and to stay flexible. In the entrance area, over 200 m² of our RIBline timber slat ceiling system were installed, which reflects the sustainability factor of the business center as the material is made from our 100% recycled calcium sulphate, finished with a natural oak veneer.
