New Building Endress+Hauser

Endress+Hauser, a global leader in measurement and automation technology, is expanding its site in Waldheim with a modern extension. The new building will serve as a standalone unit directly connected to the existing structure. Particular emphasis during the design and construction was placed on complying with fire protection regulations, including full compartmentalisation with appropriate doors and escape routes.

For this new development, Endress+Hauser relied on the expertise of the Lindner Group for high-quality interior fit-out systems.
To achieve the desired transparency and openness in the office areas, the frameless partition wall system Lindner Life Pure 620 was installed in a polygonal configuration. Full-height metal absorbers in an elegant black finish were used to selectively enhance room acoustics, ensuring focused work in the open-plan office environment. In corridors and meeting areas, the double-glazed fall-proof Lindner Life Stereo 125 partition system was added to provide high levels of sound insulation.

For flexible zoning, the Lindner Life Hybrid 622 partition system was employed. This combination of glazed and solid partitions allows for demand-based spatial layouts – suitable for quiet individual workspaces or collaborative communication zones. The concept is complemented by fully glass doors with integrated switch panels.

The flooring system also had to meet high standards in terms of technical requirements, load-bearing capacity, and aesthetics. The NORTEC raised floor system, installed at varying heights, provided the ideal solution for integrating building services. Finished with parquet, it delivered both technical flexibility and a high-end visual appeal. In addition, the FLOOR and more® system was used – a fire-resistant hollow floor with high load capacity, specifically designed for high-traffic areas.
