Due to abrasion to, and weathering of, asbestos components, the risk of asbestos dust was increased. Renovation measures were therefore put
in place. As a certified specialist to TRGS 519, we removed the sprayed asbestos from the tubbing segments and replaced the fire protection materials. So as not to disrupt the motorway traffic for too long, we carried out all services in multiple shifts.
