The former spinning mill in Bratislava is now known as Pradiareň 1900. Since then, the historic building has contained modern office and retail space. On a total leasable area of almost 15,000 sqm , cultural values are combined with modern design and technology. A particular eye-catcher of the building are the large windows as well as the height of the interior spaces with up to 4.8 meters.
Lindner produced, supplied and installed around 25,000 sqm of various floor systems as part of the construction project. In addition to fire protection and earthquake resistance requirements, the hollow floor system FLOOR and more® also fulfills other aspects relating to acoustics and climate. Lindner's NORTEC raised floor system with a Lingoplan surface was also used in this project.
The building also bears the BREEAM certification for sustainable construction. The Lindner products used contribute to this as well: the FLOOR and more® and NORTEC floor systems are Cradle to Cradle Certified® and have been classified as biologically safe by the Institute for Building Biology in Rosenheim.
