Refurbishment of the Central Pharmacy, InnKlinikum Altötting

The project focus of InnKlinikum Altötting and Mühldorf is the introduction of patient-specific unit-dose blister packaging of pharmaceuticals. To achieve this, an expansion of the existing operational areas was required, including comprehensive refurbishment measures to create a future-oriented, GMP-compliant infrastructure. In addition to optimizing material flow, a separate airlock concept for materials and personnel was implemented, and a state-of-the-art blister packaging system was integrated.

Precision and Quality in Cleanroom Construction

As part of this demanding project, the Lindner Group made a significant contribution to meeting the high technical and hygienic requirements. With the Multiclean cleanroom partition system – available in single- and double-shell versions – a flexible solution compliant with GMP and DIN EN ISO 14644 standards was realised, meeting the highest expectations for functionality, quality and design. Concealed service routing and the clean white finish create a hygienic yet aesthetically pleasing environment within the Central Pharmacy.

Proven Systems for Optimum Working Conditions

To complement the wall concept, robust metal wall panels were installed, offering a durable and low-maintenance surface. Generous glazed elements provide bright, transparent workspaces that promote communication and visual connectivity – without compromising hygiene standards.

For controlled access, Swing MPH hinged doors were integrated. These doors are specifically designed for cleanroom applications and ensure smooth operational workflows.

in the ceiling area, the Lindner Group opted for a GMP-compliant and cost-effective solution with the clip-in ceiling system in clean white. The ceiling system’s clip-in/swing-down function allows for easy installation and maintenance, thereby contributing to the long-term efficiency of the pharmacy’s operations.
