Belsenpark, Building MK2.1 / MK3

In Düsseldorf-Oberkassel, the Belsenpark development is creating a new urban district with numerous residential, office, and commercial units. By incorporating extensive green spaces, the modern district achieves a high standard in terms of living and working quality. One of the newly created office buildings is named "Belmundo". This DGNB Gold-certified office building offers high-quality, functional fittings, flexible and light-flooded office spaces, and a sustainable energy concept across its approximately 10,000 m² of rental space.

Lindner was responsible for the production and installation of Plafotherm® heated and chilled ceilings as part of the interior fit-out. In the public areas, systems based on plasterboard were primarily used, while the office areas were equipped with metal grid ceilings and metal ceiling sails with heating and cooling technology.
