We couldn’t be prouder! The IPA project “3 Schools Bremerhaven” has won the 2025 BIM Champions Award in the Operation & Maintenance category.
With a successful blend of modern design and pioneering technology, we relied on our BIM and Lean methods in the construction of the three school buildings in Bremerhaven. Together, we are not only shaping innovative learning environments but also redefining educational architecture and setting new standards in digital construction.
Through a collaborative alliance process with seven dedicated partners and the use of cutting-edge technologies, we created a digital twin that served as the basis for all subsequent digital use cases at every stage of the project. The shared 3D model as a central source of information, along with the CDE as a common working platform, enabled efficient and seamless collaboration between all project stakeholders and trades.
