Open-plan layouts, premium materials, sophisticated acoustic solutions and intelligent technology combine to form an inspiring workplace.
Bespoke Tenant Fit-Out for Creative Soundscapes
Located in central Hamburg, a modern office was realised for Fender Musical Instruments GmbH, a subsidiary of one of the world’s leading musical instrument manufacturers. The project was meticulously aligned with the company’s specific requirements. Close collaboration with the architectural practice majadesign enabled a highly customised planning and implementation of the tenant fit-out.
Open Spatial Concepts and Outstanding Acoustics
The primary objective was to create an inspiring working environment that encourages creativity while meeting all functional demands. The Lindner Life Pure 620 glass partition system provides excellent sound insulation while maintaining maximum transparency and allowing abundant natural daylight. Decorative timber slats not only add refined aesthetic accents but also make a noticeable contribution to improving room acoustics. In addition, the drywall partitions were finished using a hand-applied concrete-effect plaster technique, lending the spaces exceptional depth and character.
Maximum Comfort Through State-of-the-Art Technology
A pleasant indoor climate is ensured by the energy-efficient Lindner Plafotherm® DS 320 chilled ceiling system, which provides even temperature distribution and impresses with its elegant surface finish. The technical fit-out is complemented by modular PL 3 light channels and design-led Loop pendant luminaires from Lindner Leuchtenfabrik, delivering optimal and well-balanced lighting throughout the work areas.
Holistic Interior Fit-Out with High-Quality Detailing
In addition to the workspaces, the interior fit-out includes high-quality tea kitchens designed as central communication hubs. To meet demanding technical requirements, a high-performance IT infrastructure was integrated through modern electrical installations. The project was delivered on schedule and carried out during ongoing operations. Precise coordination of all trades ensured a smooth and efficient execution throughout.
