Product description
LEATHERline is applied in tile form to raised floor panels made from high-density chipboard type LIGNA or calcium sulphate type NORTEC at the factory.
The material production is comparable to the manufacturing process of paper. Depending on customer requirements, specific mixtures from leather cuttings of leather processing companies are shredded by machine and combined with vegetable tanning agents, natural rubber, natural fats and water. Consequently, the material consists of more than 90 % of real leather residues and has received the LEATHER STANDARD by OEKO-TEX® award. All necessary tests to ensure the product suitability are available.
The surface is lacquered.
