In semiconductor production or in lithography processes as well as production, development or processing of UV-sensitive coatings, yellow light plays an important role. This is because with normal lighting, white light with a blue component, the special process or reproduction of the light-sensitive photoresist would be impossible. Lindner Leuchtenfabrik not only develops, produces and assembles the optimal LED yellow light solutions with UV blocking filters for the semi-manufacturing sector, but also for the special requirements in the clean room, laboratory and healthcare sectors.
For optimum illumination and high efficiencies, Lindner uses additional, internal, light-tight end caps and only completely through-coloured conversion profiles. The Lindner Teardrop Luminaire Series type LFy is very flexible and can be individually adapted depending on the application as clean room or laboratory lighting. Classified with ISO class 1, it offers optimal use even in the most sensitive areas and can be designed with IP40 to IP54 protection rating on all sides.
Three different basic types with LED technology in various dimensions and efficiencies are available:
Yellow light can also be integrated into Lindner Clean Room Lighting type ISO-H, ISO-U (ISO class 2) as well as SH luminaires (ISO class 1). These can be adapted to all ceiling systems, are flush integrated and easy to install. A wide selection is also available for the covers. Additionally, a “red light” variant is available, which offers special advantages for black rooms or particularly sensitive UV coatings.
