Above the rooftops of Bratislava and right next to the Slovakian football stadium, the 21-storey Tower 5 now soars into the sky: the office tower impresses with a breath-taking view over the capital's landmarks and with its exclusive construction almost became one itself. The clients and architects focused on sustainability paired with an optimal indoor climate. This was implemented through the use of renewable resources and energy-efficient systems, retractable window sashes and patented technology that protects against viruses and bacteria.

Special requirements were also placed on the floor systems: Lindner therefore installed the NORTEC L 38 and NORTEC L 30 raised floors with high load-bearing capacity and excellent sound insulation. A Forbo carpet covering complements the L 30 variant and ensures maximum walking comfort. The FLOOR and more® G30 and FLOOR and more® G40 hollow floor systems also fit perfectly into the office spaces and impress with their fast load-bearing capacity, acoustic effectiveness and high fire protection requirements. All Lindner flooring systems installed have a Cradle to Cradle Certified® Silver certificate and thus extend the sustainable construction of the building with circular products. The cooperation with L-Group, the on-site partner, facilitated the entire project coordination.
