Your own company car

Our employees use over 2,000 personal company cars, within the framework of our in-house regulations. 

Holiday homes

Every year, 1,000 Lindner employees spend their holidays with family and friends in our holiday homes in Bavaria, East Frisia, Slovakia, Ireland, South Tyrol, Austria, Spain and Croatia, completely free of charge. 

Flexible working hours

We have a system in place for flexible working hours, and we offer a generous parental leave model that gives employees the time they need for maternal and paternal care.

Social responsibility

Events

Work hard, play hard. Our company party is widely considered the highlight of the year. On this day, employees throughout the Group come together to make merry.

We also hold annual skiing championships and soccer tournaments, in which many of our employees take part.
